Favorite Disc Golf Course: Milo Mciver dgc

Favorite Disc Golfer: Simon Lizotte

Favorite Disc: Star Wraith

Longest Throw: 360-400+? (unmeasured)

Forehand or Backhand, why?: Backhand. I get the most distance out of my backhand.

Drive or Putt, why?: Putt. It’s so much fun hearing the chains.

Junior Disc Golf Advice: Just keep throwing.

What do you love about Disc Golf: I get to spend time with my family. Just being at a disc golf course in the evening in the summer is a great feeling. Crushing drives and making huge putts.

How do you grow the sport: I talk about the sport to kids at school and post on social media.

Mikey Barringer

When were you born: 8/11/04

When did you start playing: when I was four.

PDGA #: 74673

What divisions do you play in: Advanced, Intermediate, MJ15

Podium Finishes: 9

Aces: 2

Favorite Disc Golf Course: Shelton Springs (home course: Silver Lake DGC)

Favorite Disc Golfer: Nate Sexton

Favorite Disc: Lucid eMac Truth

Longest Throw: 390? (Not measured)

Forehand or Backhand, why?: Backhand, I’m more confident and comfortable with it and am more consistent with it.

Drive or Putt, why?: Putt, because just throwing 500 foot drives only helps if you know how to putt.

Junior Disc Golf Advice: Have fun, play against the course not other players and be respectful to the course and other players.

What do you love about Disc Golf: Being outside, the freedom to play whenever you want and all the friends I’ve made all over the country.

How do you grow the sport: I help with beginner clinics that Blyth Squad Disc Golf Club hosts. I am looking forward to using the EDGE package I won at Jr Worlds to teach K - 6th graders about disc golf.

Saul Waugh

How old are you: Nine

How long have you been playing: Since I could walk.

PDGA #: 87603

What divisions do you play in: Junior Boys MJ10/Recreational

Podium Finishes: 4

Aces: 2

Home Disc Golf Course: Riverside dgc

Favorite Disc Golf Course: Ambient

Favorite Disc Golfer: Paige Pierce

Favorite Disc: 11x Champ Gazelle/Champ PD2

Longest Throw: 260-300ft?(unmeasured)

Forehand or Backhand, why?: Sidearm. Feels more natural. I am stronger with this throw and it goes farther than my backhand.

Drive or Putt, why?: Drive. You get to see the disc fly farther than a putt.

Junior Disc Golf Advice: If you have a bad hole you can’t edit that. Just forget about it and know the next hole will be better.

What do you love about Disc Golf: It’s fun to just unleash your inner skills.

How do you grow the sport: I don’t really grow the sport. I just play the sport and have fun. I have gone to work parties but I don’t really think about growing the sport. (Although, Saul has helped his family TD Junior Disc Golf Tournaments)
